The Sidebar Navigation

The left sidebar is the primary way to navigate ZorgSocial. Each item takes you to a major section of the platform.

Home

The Home item returns you to the main Dashboard. It is the first item in the sidebar and your starting point after logging in.

Master Calendar

The Master Calendar displays all your scheduled posts in a calendar view — day, week, or month. You can:

• See all upcoming and past posts across every platform
• Drag and drop posts to reschedule them
• Click any post to view its details or delete it
• Create a new post directly from a time slot

Quick Posts

Quick Posts is where you create standalone posts — content that is not tied to a campaign. Use this for:

• One-off announcements
• Reactive or trending content
• Testing new content ideas

Expanding Quick Posts reveals two sub-options:

• Manual Post — Write a post from scratch
• AI-Assisted Post — Let AI generate or improve your content (Essential plans and above)

Unified Social Inbox

The Unified Social Inbox consolidates messages and comments from all your connected social accounts into a single feed. You can:

• Read and reply to direct messages from Facebook and Instagram
• View and respond to post comments
• Filter by platform or account

Available on: Essential plans and above.

Media Studio

Media Studio is ZorgSocial's built-in creative suite. It includes:

• AI Generator — Generate images and videos using AI prompts
• Image Editor — Crop, resize, annotate, and enhance images
• Video Editor — Trim, merge, and add text to videos

Image and video editors are available on: Professional plans and above.

Zorg DeepCore

Zorg DeepCore gives you access to GPU pods for compute-intensive AI workloads directly from within ZorgSocial.

Brand Manager

Brand Manager is where you manage everything that defines your visual and verbal brand. Expanding it reveals two sub-sections:

• Brand Dashboard — Overview of your active brand kits, assets, and website DNA scans
• Generate Brand — Create a new brand kit using AI (colors, logos, fonts, and voice)

Social Strategies

Social Strategies is the strategy creation and management center. Here you can:

• Generate AI-powered content strategies
• Define your target audience, goals, and posting cadence
• Link strategies to campaigns

Social Campaigns

Social Campaigns is where you plan and manage marketing campaigns. Expanding it reveals three sub-sections:

• Organic Campaigns — Plan and schedule content-based campaigns with posts, goals, and KPIs
• Ad Campaigns — Manage paid advertising campaigns across connected platforms
• Ads Pilot — AI-assisted ad creation and optimization chat interface

Analytics

Analytics shows performance data for your connected social accounts and published posts:

• Reach, impressions, and engagement metrics
• Post-by-post performance breakdown
• Platform comparison charts
• Audience growth over time

My Posts

My Posts is a library of all posts ever created through ZorgSocial — published, scheduled, drafted, and failed. It expands to show per-platform sub-items (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) for any social account you have connected. You can filter by platform, status, and date range.

Influencer Review

Influencer Review is where admins and owners review and approve content submitted by external influencers connected to their organization.

Visible to: Organization owners and admins only.

My Submissions

My Submissions shows external influencers a list of all posts they have submitted to an organization for review.

Visible to: External influencer role only.

My Repository

My Repository is your personal file storage inside ZorgSocial. Store and organize:

• Images and videos for reuse
• Brand assets
• Downloaded reports

Repository storage limits depend on your plan tier.
