Connect Your First Social Accounts
Supported Platforms Overview
ZorgSocial currently supports connecting the following social media platforms:

Account Requirements and Prerequisites
Before connecting a platform, make sure you have:
- An active account on the platform you want to connect.
- Admin or manager permissions on business pages, ad accounts, or creator profiles (where applicable).
- For Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp: a Facebook Page or Instagram Professional account linked to a Meta Business Suite.
- For LinkedIn: a LinkedIn account. If you want to post to a Company Page, you must have admin access to it.
- For YouTube: a Google account with a YouTube channel.
- For TikTok: a TikTok creator account (for personal) or a TikTok Business account (for ad account access).
- For Snapchat: a Snapchat Business account.
How to Open the Connect Accounts Panel

All social account management is done from your Dashboard:
- Go to your Dashboard.
- In the Linked Accounts section, click Manage Personal Accounts to connect accounts to your personal profile, or Manage Organization Accounts (admins and owners only) to connect shared organization accounts.
- The Connect Social Accounts panel will open showing all available platforms.

Connect Meta Business Suite (Facebook, WhatsApp Business)
Meta Business Suite covers Facebook Pages and WhatsApp Business accounts.
- Open the Connect Social Accounts panel from the Dashboard.
- Click the Meta Business Suite tile.
- A Facebook login popup will open. Log in with the Facebook account that has admin access to your Business Suite.
- Grant the requested permissions (publish content, read insights, manage messages, and ads).
- After authorization, ZorgSocial will fetch all Facebook Pages and WhatsApp Business accounts linked to your Business Suite.
- Select the pages and accounts you want to connect, then click Connect Selected Accounts.
Facebook Ad Accounts and Meta Pixels associated with your Business Suite will also be available to connect if your plan includes Facebook Ads access.
Connect Instagram
Instagram can be connected in two ways:
Option A — via Meta Business Suite (Instagram Business accounts)
If your Instagram Professional account is linked to a Facebook Page inside Meta Business Suite, follow the Meta Business Suite steps above. Your Instagram account will appear in the selection list automatically.
Option B — via Direct Instagram Login
- Open the Connect Social Accounts panel from the Dashboard.
- Click the Instagram tile.
- An Instagram login popup will open.
- Log in with your Instagram account and grant the requested permissions.
- Your Instagram account will appear in the connected list.
Connect LinkedIn
- Open the Connect Social Accounts panel from the Dashboard.
- Click the LinkedIn tile.
- A LinkedIn OAuth popup will open.
- Log in with your LinkedIn credentials and grant the requested permissions.
- The popup will close automatically and your LinkedIn account will appear as connected.
Connect YouTube
- Open the Connect Social Accounts panel from the Dashboard.
- Click the YouTube tile.
- A Google OAuth screen will open.
- Select the Google account linked to your YouTube channel.
- Grant the permissions to upload videos and manage your channel.
- Your YouTube channel will appear in the connected list.
Connect TikTok
For personal or creator TikTok accounts:
- Open the Connect Social Accounts panel from the Dashboard.
- Click the TikTok tile.
- A TikTok authorization popup will open.
- Log in with your TikTok creator account and grant the requested permissions.
- Your TikTok account will appear in the connected list.
Connect TikTok Business
For TikTok Business accounts with advertising access:
- Open the Connect Social Accounts panel from the Dashboard.
- Click the TikTok Business tile.
- A TikTok Business authorization popup will open.
- Log in with your TikTok Business account and grant the requested permissions.
- Your TikTok Business ad account will appear under Connected TikTok Ad Accounts.
Connect Snapchat
- Open the Connect Social Accounts panel from the Dashboard.
- Click the Snapchat tile.
- A Snapchat Business OAuth popup will open.
- Log in with your Snapchat Business account and grant the requested permissions.
- Your Snapchat account will appear in the connected list.
- If a Snapchat Ads account is not yet linked, a prompt will appear inside the account card to Connect Ads Account — click it and follow the steps.
Refresh Follower Counts
Follower counts shown in ZorgSocial are synced periodically. To manually refresh:
- Go to your Dashboard.
- In the Linked Accounts section, click the Refresh (sync) icon in the top-right corner of the section.
Counts are updated from each platform's API in real time.
Disconnect an Account
- Go to your Dashboard.
- In the Linked Accounts section, click Manage Personal Accounts (or Manage Organization Accounts).
- Find the connected account you want to remove and click the × button next to it.
- Confirm the action in the dialog that appears.
Note: Disconnecting a Meta Business Suite account removes all associated Facebook Pages, WhatsApp Business accounts, and any linked Instagram Business accounts at once. A dedicated Disconnect All button is shown on the Meta Business Suite tile when accounts are connected.
Reconnect an Account
If a connection expires (for example, due to a permission change or token expiry):
- Go to your Dashboard.
- In the Linked Accounts section, click Manage Personal Accounts (or Manage Organization Accounts).
- Click the platform tile again and follow the authorization steps.
