Set Up Your First Brand
Creating a Brand Kit
- Navigate to Brand Manager from the left sidebar (or Settings → Brands).
- Click Create New Brand.
- Enter a Brand Name — this is the internal label used in ZorgSocial (e.g., "Acme Corp Main").
- Click Continue to open the brand editor.
You can create multiple brands if you manage more than one client or business.
Adding Brand Colors
Your brand palette ensures all AI-generated visuals align with your visual identity.
- Inside the brand editor, open the Colors tab.
- Click Add Color.
- Use the color picker or enter a hex code (e.g.,
#1A2B3C). - Label each color (e.g., "Primary", "Secondary", "Accent") for easy reference.
- Repeat for all brand colors (up to 10 per brand).
- Click Save Colors.
Adding Logos
- Open the Logos tab in the brand editor.
- Click Upload Logo.
- Select a file — supported formats: PNG, SVG, JPEG (PNG with transparent background recommended).
- Add additional variants if needed (e.g., white version for dark backgrounds, square icon mark).
- Label each logo variant.
- Click Save Logos.
Defining Your Brand Voice
The brand voice guides how the AI writes captions, headlines, and copy.
- Open the Voice & Tone tab.
- Fill in the Brand Description — a short paragraph describing who you are and what you do.
- Select your Tone options (multi-select):
Professional
Friendly & Approachable
Witty & Playful
Inspirational
Authoritative & Expert
Empathetic & Supportive
Fill in the Target Audience field — describe who you are speaking to.
Add Keywords to Emphasize — words your brand frequently uses (comma-separated).
Add Words to Avoid — terms that are off-brand or should never appear in content.
Click Save Voice.
Filling In Brand Details
Provide additional information to improve AI-generated content quality.
- Open the Details tab.
- Fill in:
Website URL — used for link previews and context.
Industry — helps the AI choose relevant examples and phrasing.
Location / Region — used to localize content when relevant.
Tagline — your brand's short slogan or tagline (optional).
Click Save Details.
Assigning a Brand to Social Accounts
After creating a brand, link it to the social accounts it represents.
- Open the Accounts tab in the brand editor.
- Click Link Accounts.
- Select the social accounts that belong to this brand.
- Click Save.
When creating AI-assisted posts, you can now select this brand and all voice, style, and color settings will be applied automatically.
Tip: You can update your brand kit at any time — changes apply to all future posts. Existing scheduled posts are not affected.
