First Login & Dashboard Tour
Logging In for the First Time
- Go to app.zorgsocial.com.
- Enter your email and password.
- Click Sign In.
If you have Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) enabled, you will be prompted to enter a one-time code from your authenticator app.
Forgot your password? Click Forgot password? on the login screen and enter your email address. A reset link will be sent to your inbox.
Dashboard Overview
After logging in, you land on the Dashboard — your command center.
The dashboard surfaces the most important numbers at a glance:
Total Campaigns
The number of active campaigns across your account or organization. Click this card to go directly to the Social Campaigns section.
Total Strategies
The number of strategies you have created. Each strategy powers one or more campaigns. Click to navigate to Social Strategies.
Linked Accounts
The number of social media accounts currently connected to your ZorgSocial profile. Click to manage your connected accounts.
Understanding the Credits Indicator
In the top navigation bar, you will see a credits counter showing your remaining AI usage balance.
Credits are consumed when you:
- Generate post content with AI
- Generate images or videos
- Run website DNA analysis
- Use the AI strategy generator
The credits indicator shows:
- Current balance — credits remaining this billing period
- Plan limit — total credits included in your plan
Running low? Upgrade your plan or purchase additional credits from Settings → Billing.
Notifications and Search
Notifications
The bell icon in the top navigation bar opens your notification panel. Notifications alert you to:
- Campaign status updates
- Scheduled post results (posted, failed)
- Team mentions and approvals
- Billing and account alerts
Click any notification to navigate to the relevant page.
Search
The search bar in the top navigation allows you to search across:
- Campaigns and strategies
- Scheduled posts
- Social accounts
- Help articles

At the bottom of the ZorgSocial interface you will find links to:
