Accessing Your Account Menu

Click your avatar (initials circle) in the top-right corner of the navigation bar to open the account dropdown. The dropdown shows:

  • Your current plan and an Upgrade button if a higher tier is available

  • Your credit balance with a + button (for billing admins) to buy more credits — clicking the balance opens the Wallet Management page

  • Profile — view and edit your personal details

  • Usage & Limits — monitor credit consumption and set budget alerts

  • Plans & Billing — manage your subscription and purchase credits

  • Settings — configure compliance, TikTok posting, notifications, and security

  • Theme Switcher — choose Light, Dark, or System theme

  • Language Switcher — switch the interface language

Edit Your Profile

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner of the navbar.

  2. Select Profile.

  3. Your Profile Header displays your initials avatar, full name, email, role badge, and organization status (read-only).

  4. In the Edit Profile form below, update:
    Full Name
    - Business — your company or brand name
    Country — select from the dropdown

  5. Click Save Profile.

Note: There is no photo upload on the profile page. The avatar displays auto-generated initials derived from your full name, username, or email.


Theme and Language

The theme and language switchers are available directly inside the account dropdown — no need to navigate to a separate settings page.

To change theme:

  1. Open the account dropdown (top-right avatar).

  2. Click the Theme Switcher and select Light, Dark, or System.

The change applies immediately.

To change language:

  1. Open the account dropdown.

  2. Click the Language Switcher and choose your preferred language.


Usage & Limits

Usage & Limits shows a real-time overview of your AI credit consumption.

  1. Open the account dropdown and click Usage & Limits.

On this page you will find:

  • Current Plan card — plan type, monthly credit allocation, and next reset date
  • Credit Summary — available credits, credits used, and spending over the last 30 days
  • Budget Alert Settings — enable a monthly spend cap and set the credit threshold; you will receive an alert when usage reaches that limit
  • A Refresh button to pull the latest balance from the server
  • A link to Plans & Billing to upgrade or purchase more credits

Plans & Billing

Open the account dropdown and click Plans & Billing.

The page has three tabs:

ManageCancel, modify, or review your active subscription

Note: Only organization owners and billing admins can access billing and make purchases.


Wallet Management

Clicking the credit balance in the account dropdown navigates to Wallet Management, which provides:

  • Full credit balance overview with a progress bar
  • Spending breakdown (30-day summary)
  • Transaction history
  • A shortcut to purchase more credits

You can also reach Wallet Management from the Plans & Billing → Credits tab.


Settings

Open the account dropdown and click Settings.

The Settings page has five tabs:

Compliance

Configure AI content generation guardrails for your account:

  • Target Countries — multi-select list of countries your content must comply with
  • Industries — multi-select list of relevant industries
  • Specific Guidelines — free-text field for any additional content rules

Click Save Settings to apply.

TikTok (Social Posting)

Default posting preferences applied whenever ZorgSocial publishes to TikTok on your behalf:

  • Account selector — choose which connected TikTok account to configure
  • Privacy Level — Public, Friends, Followers, or Only Me (options depend on your TikTok creator status)
  • Interaction Settings — toggle Comments, Duets, and Stitches on or off
  • Brand Content — declare organic brand content or branded content (paid partnership) disclosures

Click Save TikTok Settings to apply.

TikTok Ads

Connect or disconnect a TikTok Business / Ad Account to enable paid campaign management through ZorgSocial. Clicking Connect opens a TikTok authorization popup.

Security

Change your account password:

  1. Enter your Current Password.
  2. Enter a New Password (minimum 8 characters).
  3. Confirm the new password.
  4. Click Change Password.

Tip: Use a strong password with a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. If you need to give someone access to your workspace, invite them as a team member through Organization Settings rather than sharing your credentials.
