Solo Founders & Small Business Owners

Recommended setup order:

  1. Connect your primary social accounts (see Connect Your First Social Accounts).
  2. Create a brand kit with your logo, colors, and voice (see SetUp Your First Brand).
  3. Use AI-Assisted Posts to generate a week's worth of content in one session.
  4. Drag posts onto the Calendar to schedule them.
  5. Check the Dashboard weekly for engagement summaries.

In-House Marketing Teams

  6. Assign team members to only the organizations relevant to their access.

  1. Connect social accounts — set all accounts to Manual Approval mode.
  2. Create your brand kit with strict tone settings (Professional, Authoritative & Expert).
  3. Add Words to Avoid and compliance-sensitive terms in the brand voice settings.
  4. Create a content review workflow: assign an Editor role to content creators and a Scheduler role only to approved reviewers.
  5. All posts remain in Draft status until a Scheduler explicitly approves and publishes them.
