The Posting Frequency step determines how many posts to generate for this campaign and over what time period. It distinguishes between high-effort major posts and lighter minor posts, giving the AI a production schedule to work with.

Time Period

Choose the time unit that your post counts apply to:

PeriodUse When

The recommended post volume range is shown below the inputs based on the selected period.

Major Posts

Major posts are your primary campaign content — more produced, higher effort, typically involving an image, detailed copy, or a strong call to action.

Enter the number of minor posts per period.

Recommended ranges by period:

How This Affects Post Generation

In Step 10 — Post Generation, the AI generates a set of posts proportional to the major and minor counts you defined here. Major posts receive more elaborate copy and are scheduled at prime times; minor posts are lighter and fill in the gaps.

Tips

  • For most small-to-medium brands, 4–8 major posts per month is sustainable and effective.
  • Don't set unrealistically high numbers — the AI generates all of them, but your team still needs to review and approve each post.
  • If you're running a campaign across multiple platforms, the total post count here applies across all platforms — the AI distributes them.
  • You can always go back and adjust these numbers and regenerate posts.
