Managing Your Campaigns
Once your campaigns are created, this page explains how to view, edit, pause, and monitor them.
Finding Your Campaigns
Go to Social Campaigns → Organic Campaigns in the sidebar. You'll see all your campaigns listed here.

Switching Views
You can view your campaigns in two layouts:
- Grid View — shows campaigns as cards with a visual preview.
- List View — shows campaigns in a table format with more metadata columns.
Click the Grid / List toggle buttons in the top right corner.

Searching and Filtering
- Search bar — type any part of your campaign name to filter the list.
- Status filter — filter by draft, active, paused, or completed.
Campaign Card / Row Details
Each campaign shows:
- Name — the campaign title.
- Status — draft, active, paused, or completed.
- Created date — when the campaign was created.
- Last updated — when the campaign was last modified.
- Actions menu (⋮) — click for edit, duplicate, and delete options.

Opening a Campaign
Click on any campaign name or card to open it and see:
- All the generated posts.
- Campaign settings (strategy, goals, tone, etc.)
- Post statuses (scheduled, published, failed, draft).

Editing a Campaign
To edit the settings of a campaign:
- Open the campaign.
- Click Edit Campaign (or the edit icon).
- You'll be taken back to the wizard. Adjust any step.
- Save your changes.
⚠️ Editing a campaign won't automatically regenerate already-published posts. Only future posts will use the updated settings.
Pausing a Campaign
To temporarily stop a campaign:
- Open the campaign.
- Click Pause Campaign.
- Confirm.
Scheduled posts will stop being published until you resume the campaign.
Resuming a Paused Campaign
- Open the paused campaign.
- Click Resume Campaign.
Deleting a Campaign
- Either click the ⋮ menu on the campaign card and choose Delete.
- Or open the campaign and use the Delete option in campaign settings.
- Confirm deletion.
⚠️ Deleting a campaign permanently removes it and all its draft posts. Already-published posts on social media are NOT deleted — they stay on your social profiles.
