The Asset Manager step is where you attach visual assets to your campaign — product images, brand photos, color palettes, and any reference material the AI should use when composing and styling posts.

Two Asset Types

The Asset Manager handles two categories of assets via separate sub-tabs:

Images Tab

Uploading Images

Drag and drop image files onto the upload zone, or click to open the file picker. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, and WebP.

Uploaded images are saved to the campaign and made available to the AI post generator in Step 10 when composing image-based posts.

Managing Uploaded Images

Each uploaded image appears as a thumbnail card with:

  • Image preview
  • File name
  • Edit button — rename the asset or update its description/context
  • Delete button — remove the asset from the campaign

Using Brand Kit Images

If your organization has a Brand Kit configured (in Brand Manager), you can import brand images directly into the campaign's asset pool. This keeps post visuals consistent with your brand guidelines without re-uploading files.

Click Import from Brand Kit to browse and select brand images.

Brand Colors Tab

The Brand Colors tab manages the color palette used to style AI-generated post visuals.

Adding a Color

Click + Add Color to open the color picker. You can:

  • Pick a color visually with the color wheel
  • Enter a hex code directly
  • Enter RGB or HSL values

Click Save to add the color to the palette.

Editing a Color

Click the Edit icon on any color swatch to change its value or name.

Removing a Color

Click the Delete icon to remove a color from the palette.

Syncing from Brand Kit

> [Screenshot: Sync from Brand Kit button]

Click Sync from Brand Kit to pull colors directly from your organization's brand kit. This overwrites the current palette — confirm before syncing.

When a brand kit is synced, a Linked badge appears indicating the palette is connected to the brand kit. Changes to the brand kit colors will be reflected here.

How Assets Are Used in Post Generation

When the AI generates posts in Step 10:

  • Images are available for selection or automatic inclusion in post visuals
  • Brand Colors are applied to AI-generated graphic compositions, ensuring visual brand consistency

Tips

  • Upload product photos, lifestyle images, and event visuals relevant to the campaign theme.
  • Having more varied images gives the AI more options for diverse post visuals.
  • Use the Brand Kit sync for colors to ensure every generated post reflects your official brand palette.
  • Image descriptions (in the edit panel) are read by the AI — add context like "Product hero shot — white background" to help it choose the right image at the right time.
