Solo Founders & Small Business Owners

You are managing one or two brands yourself, posting to a handful of platforms.
Recommended setup order:
- Connect your primary social accounts (see Connect Your First Social Accounts).
- Create a brand kit with your logo, colors, and voice (see SetUp Your First Brand).
- Use AI-Assisted Posts to generate a week's worth of content in one session.
- Drag posts onto the Calendar to schedule them.
- Check the Dashboard weekly for engagement summaries.

In-House Marketing Teams

You are part of a team managing a single brand's presence across multiple platforms.
Recommended setup order:
- Have the admin connect all company social accounts.
- Set up a single brand kit shared by the team.
- Invite team members via Settings → Team Members with appropriate roles (Editor, Scheduler, Viewer).
- Use Campaigns to group posts around product launches, promotions, or themes.
- Use the Calendar for a shared overview of what is scheduled.
- Use Analytics to track performance and feed insights back into your content strategy.

Marketing Agencies (Multi-Client)

You are managing content for multiple clients, each with distinct brands and accounts.
Recommended setup order:
- Create a separate Organization (or sub-account) for each client.
- Connect each client's social accounts under their respective organization.
- Create a brand kit per client.
- Set up Campaigns per client, per product line, or per campaign period.
- Use the Repository to store reusable assets (logos, templates, copy blocks) per client.
- Assign team members to only the organizations relevant to their access.

Compliance-Regulated Industries

You operate in healthcare, finance, legal, or another industry where content must be reviewed before publishing.
Recommended setup order:
- Connect social accounts — set all accounts to Manual Approval mode.
- Create your brand kit with strict tone settings (Professional, Authoritative & Expert).
- Add Words to Avoid and compliance-sensitive terms in the brand voice settings.
- Create a content review workflow: assign an Editor role to content creators and a Scheduler role only to approved reviewers.
- All posts remain in Draft status until a Scheduler explicitly approves and publishes them.

Content Creators

Recommended setup order:
- Connect all your creator accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X).
