The Dashboard is the first thing you see when you sign in. It gives you a quick, at-a-glance summary of what's happening with your social media accounts.

What's on the Dashboard?

1. Zero Credit Banner

If your credit balance is at zero, a banner appears at the top of the dashboard reminding you to top up. Click the banner to go directly to the Wallet & Credits page.

2. Stats Cards

Below the banner, you'll see a row of quick stats cards. These give you a snapshot of:

  • Total Strategies — how many strategies you've created.
  • Total Campaigns — campaigns currently created/running.

These numbers are updated in real time as you use the platform.

3. Social Media Accounts

The lower section of the dashboard shows all the social accounts you have connected. For each account you'll see:

  • The platform icon (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
  • The account name or page name
  • Connection status (connected or needs attention)

If you haven't connected any accounts yet, this section will encourage you to add one. See Connect Your Social Accounts for step-by-step guidance.

What to Do After You Land on the Dashboard

If you're brand new, here's what we recommend doing first:

  1. Connect your social accounts → so ZorgSocial can post on your behalf.
  2. Create your first post → go to Quick Posts.
  3. Set up your brand identity → helps AI generate content that sounds like you. See Brand Manager
  4. Explore campaigns → if you have a content plan, Create a Campaign.
