Let ZorgSocial's AI write your social media posts for you — or give you a strong starting point that you can edit. AI-Assisted Posts save time by generating engaging, platform-ready content based on your inputs.

⚠️ Plan Required: AI-Assisted Posts require an Essential plan or higher. This feature is not available on the Free plan. See Wallet & Credits.

How AI-Assisted Posts Work

Instead of writing from scratch, you provide context — a topic, tone, or brief — and the AI generates post content tailored to your brand. The result is editable, so you can tweak it before publishing.

Getting to AI-Assisted Posts

In the sidebar, click Quick Posts.
Click AI-Assisted Post.

You'll be taken to a list of your AI post generation jobs. If you don't have any yet, it'll be empty.

Starting a New AI Post Generation

Click New AI Post or the + button.
You'll be taken to the AI post setup form.

What to Fill In

Topic / Description

Tell the AI what the post is about. Be as specific or as broad as you like.

Examples:

"We just launched a new product — a reusable water bottle with temperature display"
"Share a summer promotion — 20% off all services this July"
"Educational post about the benefits of hiring a financial advisor"

Tone

Select the tone you want the post to have:

🎉 Enthusiastic
Informative
😄 Friendly / Casual
💼 Professional
🔥 Urgency / Promotional

Target Platform(s)

Choose which platforms you're writing for. The AI adjusts the content style and length to match each platform.

Language

Choose the language for the generated content (English, Arabic, etc.).

Generating the Post

Click Generate. The AI will take a few seconds to write your posts.

Once done, you'll see one or more generated post variations.

Reviewing the Results

For each generated variation you can:

Read the full text of the suggested post.
Edit the text — click directly on it to make changes.
Regenerate — if you don't like the result, hit regenerate for a new version (uses 1 credit per regeneration).
Select the variation you want to use.

Proceeding with the Post

Once you've picked and optionally edited a variation:

Click Use This Post.
You'll be taken to the standard post creation screen (same as manual post) with the AI content pre-filled.
Attach media, select accounts, set a schedule, and publish — just like a manual post.

Tips for Better AI Results

Be specific in your topic description. More context = better output.
Mention your audience — e.g., "for small business owners" or "for young professionals".
Try different tones — the same content in a "casual" tone vs. a "professional" tone can be dramatically different.
Use your Brand Identity — if you've set up your [Brand Manager](../brand-manager/01-brand-dashboard.md), the AI will automatically incorporate your brand's voice.
