Using the Master Calendar
The Master Calendar (/calendar) gives you a bird's-eye view of every scheduled and published post across all connected platforms. You can navigate between month, week, and day views; filter by platform or status; search for any post; drag-and-drop to reschedule; and create new posts directly from any empty time slot — all without leaving the calendar.
Getting to the Calendar
Click Calendar in the main sidebar.

Calendar Views
Switch between three views using the Month / Week / Day toggle at the top right of the calendar.
| View | What you see |
|---|---|
| Month | Full month grid. Posts appear as small colored chips on each day cell. Campaign bars span across the days a campaign covers. |
| Week | Seven-day grid (Sunday → Saturday). Posts are listed per column with their scheduled time. Campaign bars appear above the day headers. |
| Day | 24-hour timeline for a single day. Posts are pinned to their exact scheduled hour. Empty hour slots are clickable to create a new post. |

Reading the Calendar
Post Chips
Each scheduled post appears as a small chip colored by platform:
| Icon | Platform |
|---|---|
| X (Twitter) | |
| TikTok | |
| YouTube | |
| Snapchat | |
Each chip shows a small platform icon and the first ~50 characters of the post content (or the video title for YouTube posts).
Status Badges
A colored pill on each chip shows the post's current status:
- Scheduled — queued and waiting.
- Posted — successfully published.
- Failed — publishing attempt failed.
- Draft — not yet scheduled.
Campaign Bars
If you have active campaigns, colored bars appear above the day columns showing which days each campaign spans. Click a campaign bar to go to that campaign.

Rescheduling a Post by Drag-and-Drop
You can drag any post chip to a new date or time:
- Month / Week view: drag the chip to a different day. The original scheduled time is preserved.
- Day view: drag the chip to a different hour slot. The original minutes are preserved, only the hour changes.
The calendar updates instantly and syncs the new scheduled time to the server.

Deleting a Scheduled Post
- Click the post chip to open Post Details.
- Click the Delete (trash icon) button.
- Confirm deletion.
The post is removed from the calendar and from the scheduler. If the post was part of a campaign, the campaign record is updated to reflect the unscheduled state.
Publishing a Post Immediately
From the Post Details dialog, click Publish Now to bypass the scheduled time and publish immediately. This works for both scheduled posts and failed posts (retry).
Filtering the Calendar
Use the Platform and Status dropdowns in the toolbar to narrow what's shown:
- Platform — All, Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, WhatsApp.
- Status — All, Scheduled, Posted, Failed, Draft.
Changing either filter reloads posts matching those criteria from the server.

- Matches are found in the post caption and title.
- A dropdown of up to 8 suggestions appears while you type.
- Click a suggestion to jump directly to its Post Details dialog.
- Press Escape or click outside to close suggestions.
