Media Jobs is the central tracking page for all AI generation requests — images, videos, audio, storyboards, and uploaded files. Since generation tasks can take anywhere from seconds to several minutes, this page lets you monitor progress, preview results, and act on completed files without returning to the generation screen.

Getting to Media Jobs

  1. Open Media Studio from the sidebar.
  2. Click Media Jobs.

Or click the View Media Jobs button available in the audio generator and other generation screens.

Page Controls

The toolbar at the top of the page contains:

ControlDescription
UploadUpload one or more image, video, or audio files directly into your media library
RefreshReload the jobs list manually
SearchFilter jobs by prompt text (debounced — results update as you type)
View modeToggle between Grouped (default) and List
Per pageChoose 12, 24, 36, 48, or 72 jobs per page

View Modes

Grouped view (default)

Jobs are grouped by the source that created them. Each group appears as a labelled section you can click to drill into:

Group labelSource
Composer • {session title}Jobs from Scene Composer sessions
Easy Zorg • {last message}Jobs from the Video Editor AI Assistant
Campaign • {campaign name}Jobs created from a campaign
Brand CTA ScreenJobs from the Brand CTA workflow
Brand AssetsJobs from the Brand Assets workflow
UngroupedJobs with no project source set

Clicking a group navigates to /media-studio/media-jobs/group/[groupKey] which shows all jobs in that group with pagination.

List view

All jobs are shown as a flat paginated grid — most recent first. Pagination controls appear at the bottom with a "Showing X–Y of Z jobs" indicator.

Job Cards

Each job is displayed as a card with:

  • Media preview — thumbnail for images, muted video preview, purple gradient icon for audio, or a file icon for other types.
  • Status badge (top-right corner) — see statuses below.
  • *+N more badge** (bottom-left) — if the job produced multiple output files.
  • Storyboard badge — for storyboard jobs; the card also shows a strip of scene thumbnails below the main image.
  • Prompt / title — the prompt text or job type.
  • File count and size — e.g. "2 files • 1.4 MB".
  • Created date and Completed date (if applicable).
  • Delete button — a red trash icon that appears on hover in the bottom-right corner. Clicking it opens a confirmation dialog before deleting.

Job Detail Page

Click any job card to open its detail page /media-studio/media-jobs/[id]).

Layout

The detail page uses a two-column layout:

Left column — Media player

  • Inline player for the selected file (audio player, video player, or image viewer).
  • Download button — saves the file to your device.
  • Open in New Tab button.
  • If the job has more than one output file, a file list below lets you click to switch between files.

Right column — Job information

  • Job Summary — status badge, created date, completed date, last updated date, and output file count.
  • Prompt — the prompt used for generation.
  • Negative Prompt — shown if one was provided.
  • Settings — a key-value table of all generation parameters (model, speed, voice, etc.).
  • Error — shown in red if the job failed, with the error message.
  • Quick Actions — a Download All Files button appears when the job has more than one output file.

Header actions

  • Refresh — reload the job details (useful for in-progress jobs).
  • Use Settings (audio jobs only) — reloads the audio generator (Voice Clone or Multilingual tab) pre-filled with the same settings, so you can re-generate with adjustments.
  • Use in Video (audio/image jobs) — passes the output files to the Infinite Talk video generator.

Deleting a Job

To delete a job:

  1. From the list — hover over the card and click the red trash icon, then confirm.
  2. From the detail page — not available directly; use the list view.

⚠️ Deleting a job permanently removes it and its output files. This cannot be undone.
