The Unified Social Inbox brings all your direct messages and conversations from multiple social media platforms into one place — so you never miss a message and never have to switch between apps.

⚠️ Plan Required: The Unified Inbox requires an Essential plan or higher. Not available on the Free plan. See Understanding Plans & Credits.


Supported Platforms

The Inbox currently supports:

  • Facebook — Page messages and comments
  • Instagram — Direct messages and story replies

More platforms are being added over time.


Getting to the Inbox

Click Unified Social Inbox (the chat bubble icon) in the sidebar.

The Inbox Layout

The inbox is split into three panels:

  1. Account Selector (left) — choose which connected social account to view messages from.
  2. Conversations List (center) — all threads for the selected account.
  3. Conversation Detail (right) — the full message thread for the selected conversation, with a reply box at the bottom.

Selecting an Account

In the left panel, you'll see all your connected accounts that support messaging. Click on one to load its conversations.

Reading Conversations

In the center panel, you'll see a list of all your conversations sorted by most recent. Each row shows:

  • The sender's name.
  • The last message preview.
  • The time the message was received.
  • An unread indicator (bold text or dot) for unread messages.

Click any conversation to open the full thread in the right panel.


Replying to a Message

  1. Click a conversation to open it.
  2. Read the full message thread on the right.
  3. Type your reply in the text box at the bottom.
  4. Press Enter or click Send.

Unread Count Badge

The total number of unread messages across all accounts is shown as a badge on the Inbox icon in the sidebar.


Refreshing Messages

Click the Refresh button at the top of the inbox to fetch the latest messages. New messages may take a few seconds to appear after someone sends them.


Searching Conversations

Use the search bar above the conversations list to find a specific conversation by sender name.


What the Inbox Can't Do (Yet)

  • ❌ Delete or archive conversations (this must be done on the native platform).
  • ❌ Send media/attachments.
  • ❌ Manage TikTok or YouTube comments (coming soon).
