Analytics Overview
The Analytics page gives you a consolidated view of how your social media content is performing — across all your connected accounts and platforms — in one dashboard.
Getting to Analytics
Click Analytics in the sidebar.

Selecting a Time Period
At the top of the analytics page, you can select the period you want data for:
| Option | Data shown |
|---|---|
| Last 24 Hours | Yesterday's performance |
| Last 7 Days | One week rolling window |
| Last 28 Days | Standard 4-week period |
| Last 30 Days | Calendar month |

Summary Metrics
At the top of the page, the summary cards show aggregated totals across all your connected accounts for the selected period:
- Connected Accounts — how many social accounts you've linked.
- Total Impressions — how many times your content was seen.
- Total Clicks — how many times someone clicked your posts.
- Total Likes — combined likes across all platforms.
- Total Comments — combined comments.
- Total Shares — combined shares/reposts.
- Total Followers — combined follower count.
- Total Views — video views across platforms.
- Total Engagements — all interactions combined.

Analytics by Platform
Below the summary, you'll see a breakdown by platform. Each platform section shows the metrics specific to that network (e.g., Instagram shows "Reach", TikTok shows "Video Views", etc.).

Analytics by Account
If you have multiple accounts on the same platform (e.g., two Facebook Pages), you can see individual account-level stats here.

Recent Posts Performance
A table at the bottom shows your most recent posts with their individual stats:
- Post preview (image thumbnail)
- Platform
- Published date
- Impressions
- Likes
- Comments
- Shares

Refreshing Analytics Data
Analytics data is not always live in real time — platforms have their own data delays (usually 24–48 hours). To request a fresh data pull:
- Click the Refresh button.
- ZorgSocial will queue a new data collection job from each connected platform.
- Check back in a few minutes.

Analytics Status Indicators
The table shows a status badge for each platform's data:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Ready | Data is fresh and up to date |
| Running | Data is currently being refreshed |
| Partial | Some data is available but not complete |
| Failed | Data collection failed — try refreshing |
| Unsupported | This platform doesn't support analytics via API |
